Don't sell!! - just rent it out, not a good time to sell anyway- also you never know, you might miss it and want to come back.

It sounds like it is worth a lot more than the asking price. It is more like a lifestyle enviroment than just a house. Increadable presentation and idea on using a blog. Nice pictures.
