- My first book of fiction, *How to Conceive of a Girl*, was published by Vintage/Random House, and was runner up for the Steele Rudd Award. I've had columns, essays, stories & poems published in newspapers, anthologies, in academic journals and on ABC Radio, and am a grateful recipient of several fellowships from the Literature Board of the Australia Council.
